Asset Alchemy is the trading name of Asset Alchemy Co., run by Colin Taylor and based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect, and when
When you take the D.I.B.S. Scorecard. Your first name, your email address, your website if you give it, your scores, the business numbers you enter (for example revenue range, typical deal size and client counts), the estimates worked out from them, and anything you type in your own words. Your individual answers to the questions are used to work out your scores in your browser and are not sent to us.
When you book the Profit Compass Blueprint. Your name, your email address, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking. Payment is taken by PayPal; we do not see or store your card details.
During a Blueprint session. Sessions are held on Zoom and recorded. The recording and your Blueprint are sent to you. We keep a copy so we can refer back to it if you continue working with us.
When you email us or reply to our emails. Whatever you send.
What your browser stores. The scorecard saves your progress and results in your own browser so you can come back to them. That information stays on your device unless you submit the scorecard. If you start the scorecard from the email box on another page, the email address is held in that browser tab only so the scorecard can fill it in for you.
What we do not use. This site does not run advertising trackers or a third-party analytics tool.
How we use it
- To send you your scorecard results and a short series of follow-up emails about the area your scorecard pointed to.
- To schedule, deliver and follow up on your Blueprint session.
- To reply to you.
- To understand, in total, how many people take the scorecard and book the Blueprint.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): stores contact records, sends our emails and runs the booking calendar.
- Mailgun: delivers the emails.
- PayPal: takes payment for the Blueprint.
- Zoom: hosts and records sessions.
- Webflow: hosts this website.
- Google Fonts: supplies the site’s typeface; your browser requests it from Google when a page loads.
Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy.
Emails and unsubscribing
Scorecard emails come from colin@assetalchemy.co. You can stop them at any time by replying and asking, or by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Emails about a session you have booked (confirmation, reminders) are sent because you booked, and stop after the session’s follow-up.
The Asset Alchemy Weekly newsletter is published on LinkedIn. Subscribing happens on LinkedIn and is covered by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep scorecard and booking records for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you. We delete them sooner on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by emailing colin@assetalchemy.co. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honor them.
To clear what the scorecard saved in your browser, use "Start over" on the scorecard page or clear your browser’s site data.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
