These terms cover the use of assetalchemy.co and the purchase of the Profit Compass Blueprint. The site is run by Asset Alchemy Co., Wake Forest, North Carolina ("Asset Alchemy", "we"). Contact: colin@assetalchemy.co.

The website and the scorecard

The site and the D.I.B.S. Scorecard are provided for general information. The scorecard’s scores and dollar figures are estimates. They use conservative assumptions and the numbers you enter, and they are not a guarantee, a valuation or professional financial advice.

The Profit Compass Blueprint

What it is. A one-hour session with Colin Taylor, held on video, using your own numbers. Within 24 hours of the session you receive your Blueprint: your Profit Compass, a 90-day plan, and the session recording.

Price. $1,497, paid when you book.

Cancelling or rescheduling. You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. After that, the fee is not refunded, but it is credited in full toward the Foundation Sprint if you move forward.

Credit toward the Foundation Sprint. If you go ahead with the Foundation Sprint, the $1,497 is credited in full toward it.

Recording. Sessions are recorded so you can share the recording with a partner or your team. By booking you agree to the recording. If you would rather not be recorded, say so before the session.

Results. The Blueprint contains estimates and recommendations based on what you tell us. What you earn depends on your business and what you do with the plan. We do not promise a particular financial result from the Blueprint.

The Foundation Sprint and ongoing work

The Foundation Sprint and the ongoing partnership are sold under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price and commitments for your engagement. The descriptions on this site, including the commitment about identifying revenue within the first 30 days, summarize that agreement and are governed by it.

Client results shown on the site

Results described on this site are real outcomes from past clients. They show what has happened for those businesses and are not a promise of the same result for yours.

Ownership

Yours. Your business information, and the Blueprint prepared for you, are yours to keep and use in your business.

Ours. The Asset Alchemy Method™, the D.I.B.S. and K.A.S.H. frameworks, the Profit Compass, the scorecard, and the content of this site belong to Asset Alchemy. You may not resell them or present them as your own.

Confidentiality

What you share with us about your business is kept confidential and used only to deliver your work, except where you agree otherwise (for example, a case study you approve).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the website, the scorecard or the Blueprint is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
