We ask for the intake to be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. If it's not, we'll reach out and reschedule you into the next available slot at no charge.
If we have to reschedule twice for missing intake, we'll ask you to pause the engagement until you're ready to commit the twenty minutes.
