Your expertise, running across your firm.

Once your method is drawn out and written down, I build it into the systems your team uses every day. Every piece of work starts from your method, your voice and your approved facts, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Two parts of the same work

The Method draws it out. The System puts it to work.

How I work with you

The Method

Three phases and nine steps that draw out what you know, name your method, and document it so a system can follow it.

Runs 90 days, in the Foundation SprintLeaves you with your expertise, documented

What I build for you

The System

The tools your team works in every day, running on that documentation. It doesn’t end when the Sprint does. It gets sharper with every piece of work you approve.

Runs every day, kept current in the ongoing partnershipLeaves you with your expertise, working without you in every step

How work moves through it

You bring the thinking. You approve the result.

Everything in between runs on your method, so the work your team produces sounds and reasons like you.

Step 1You bring it inA voice note, a client question, an idea between meetings. Raw is fine.
Step 2It drafts from your methodYour frameworks, your buyers’ language, your voice. Not a generic prompt.
Step 3It checks against your materialEvery claim traces to something you said or approved. If it can’t, it’s cut.
Step 4It asks instead of guessingWhere a draft needs something only you know, it asks you.
Step 5You approve, and it learnsYou spend minutes reviewing. What you approve becomes new proof and material.

Your name stays yours

Nothing invented. Ever.

Most AI will make up a story or a statistic to make a draft sound better. Under your name, one invented claim costs more than all the time it saved.

Every claim shows its sourceSo you can see where each line came from before you approve it.
An independent check, not AI grading itselfDrafts are checked against your real material, separately from whatever wrote them.
Nothing goes out without youThe system prepares. You decide.
Draft, client follow-up2 sourced, 1 question

When an engagement score stays green but your strongest voices go quiet, that’s the early warning.1 In our last review, two of your team leads stopped pushing back on plans they used to challenge.2 I’d like to walk through what changed in the last quarter?

  1. 1Your method. Early-warning signals, from your documented framework.
  2. 2Your call notes. Tuesday’s client call, approved by you.
  3. ?Question for you. Did anything change in the last quarter worth naming here?

The forms it takes

Built to where your firm is now.

Not every firm needs the fullest version on day one. Each form is built on the one before it, so nothing is thrown away as you grow into it.

First

Systems around your best work

Automations built on your Category of One position, so the work your firm produces sounds like you and stands apart from competitors.

Then

Your method, codified

Your method turned into rules and quality checks a system can follow, so the standard holds no matter who on your team is using it.

At its fullest

Your private app

One place your team signs into on any device. Every output starts from your method, your voice and your approved facts, and it improves with use.

What it makes possible

A firm that runs on your expertise is an asset.

It stays current as your clients change, capturing what you’re learning and what clients are asking. And because it’s built on documented expertise, it holds when tools change or people leave.

A firm that depends on its founder is a job. A firm whose expertise runs without them is an asset.
Scale
New hires work inside your method from day one.
License
Certify others to deliver your method through the same system.
Sell
A documented system with a record of use is what buyers look for.

What a buyer pays depends on your numbers, your market and the deal. A sale should always involve an M&A advisor.

Running today

One founder’s system, in her words.

Shelley D. Smith’s method was drawn out of 35 years of pattern recognition. Today it runs in her own private app, with feedback that makes it better over time.

$250K–$1Min multi-year contracts, from invisible to fully booked.
40+ hoursa month reclaimed. She brings the idea and approves the result.
Her own apprunning on her method. Every draft is tested against one question: could a generic consultant have written this?

“Now I realize I’m in the clarity business. Colin showed me what I couldn’t see because I was too close.”

Common questions

What you’re probably wondering.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I build the system and handle the technology. Your job is to bring the judgment and approve the work. I also teach your team to use it.

Will it publish or send anything on its own?

No. The system prepares the work. Nothing goes out until you, or someone you’ve trusted with approval, signs off.

What happens when the AI tools change?

The system is built on your documented expertise, not on any one tool. When better tools arrive, your method, voice and approved facts carry over, so the foundation holds.

How does it stay current?

Every piece of work you approve adds proof and material, and it captures what clients are asking. In the ongoing partnership, I keep it current as your market changes.

Do I need the full private app?

Not to start. The system is built to where your firm is now, beginning with the work that matters most. The private app is its fullest form, and the Blueprint tells us which form fits your business.

The commitment

Before you commit, the Blueprint estimates the dormant revenue in your business, using your own numbers. For most firms I work with, it’s $20K to $50K. The Foundation Sprint is built to identify that revenue within the first 30 days and start capturing it. If it isn’t identified by day 30, the clock on your 90 days stops, at no extra cost, until it is.
